I am trying to add a widget to a Plans dashboard that shows by status the different probabilities and the goal by probability amount. I can see the statuses and the probabilities that have been entered, but I am getting $0 for the "Total Goal by Probability Amount". When I look at these same plans in the Plans Report, the Goal by Probability column is populating correctly.
This is a pivot table - for the rows I have selected Plan Status and Plan Probability and for the value I selected Goal by Probability Amount.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not seeing the same behavior. Would you open a support ticket on this one and provide a screenshot of the Plans Report, your dashboard, and an export of the dashboard as a .dash file please?

I want to close the loop here. From the support ticket it looks like your dashboard originated as a copy of the pre-built Worker Portfolio dashboard. It's great you did that. It does have a dashboard filter for Step Worker though. For the widgets in that dashboard that report on Plan Amounts, like Pipeline and Closed Gifts, that dashboard filter is disabled within the widget settings.
That filter was limiting the results in your widget to just the Steps within your selected Plans, and while many Plan details are also reflected on the Steps of the plan in Analytics, the Amount values are not. This avoids inflating those values, however it does mean the values can inadvertently be filtered OUT by limiting the widget to only the Steps within the selected Plans.
