Does First Performance Date in Analytics work if you use a custom ticket history table? All of our patrons are showing up with a first performance date of January 1, 1900 with no performance names…

Hi Jess,
You'll need to look in the TX_ANALYTICS_DIVISION_ELEMENTS System Table and update those standard bits to look at your custom ticket history table, and confirm that column names referenced are aligned with the columns from your table as well. If you have any trouble, ping Support and we'll get it sorted.

Thanks, Chris. We had not updated that table to reference our ticket history. Does an update to TX_ANALYTICS_DIVISION_ELEMENTS reflect immediatly in Analytics or do we need to wait for an incremental or full load to pick up the change?
