This dashboard provides a wide-ranging overview of the performance of a digital festival of work (though could be used with some modifications for a single event). It tracks progress towards a specific financial target alongside key metrics in 4 key areas: (a) income and ticket prices, (b) audiences and reach, (c) cross-selling of events, and (d) comparison to another digital festival.
