Is there a way to schedule a daily house list that only includes new orders, not all orders? I have looked at the reports in Reports & Utilities reports but I haven't found a way to do it.
If you have access to Analytics you can create a dashboard that shows this info and schedule Analytics to send the dash daily as an email report or pdf attachment. Happy to share my dashboard.
I haven't quite mastered Analytics yet, so if you could share your dashboard, that would be great. Thank you so much!
Sure! Here you go. Let me know if you have any questions.DailyTickets.dash
Hi Melissa, I am interested in this dashboard as it sounds like what I'm wanting to track. However I'm not able to open that link. Could you re-post it or show me how to open it?
Thanks!
Charles Hudgins,
For me the link above in Melissa's post downloads a file called DailyTickets.dash.
You then need to import that file into your instance of Tessitura Analytics.
The Import of the .dash file can be found in the location shown below.
Clicking the Import Dash menu item will open a window to upload the .dash file. If you are on RAMP finding this file in your local download folder can be a bit of a challenge with the Citrix version of Tessitura Analytics. I like to use the version accessible from Tessitura on the Go but either way can work.
Finally, when you import the file you will get an error message.
This is expected particularly if you are a RAMP user. The reason is that on RAMP we are in a shared Tessitura Analytics Server and the name of our data cubes are different for each organization.
At this point, you will see a blank widget. That is because Melissa's Season Names are going to be different from the names of seasons in out organization. You will need to do a quick edit on the seasons in the dashboard.
At this point you will see on the left side of the screen the ability to adjust the filters.
This should get you access to Melissa Scott Dashboard and allow you to get some useful data.
Hope this helps. Let us know how you are getting along with this.
We look forward to a time in the future where you share a dashboard with the rest of the community.
For future reference, the first, import portion of these instructions can also be found in the help system.
