I'm trying to figure out a way to track web sales over the course of a season sold as as best available vs. SYOS. I've been digging around in my reports and can't place my finger on anything that has tags for Best Available or SYOS sales. Any thoughts/ideas?
Hi Tim! If you use Google Analytics, I would consider checking site traffic to the Best Seat page. That may give you a clue, if not the monetary figures. I'll bet you could do something clever with the api too, but I'm not versed well enough in that to give you any actual recommendations.
Thanks, Jordan, I did try analytics, but I'm not finding any indicator for best available. That's why I went in to Tessitura Analytics and Tessitura reports. The API is an interesting idea, but I'm not that versed either. Thank you though!
