Pulling A1 and A2 Email Addresses to List

Hello, 

When creating and running Lists, is there a way to include both the A1 and A2 (or all) emails associated with a household on the report? I can't seem to find it, and I know there has to be a way to include all emails associated with the record without creating duplicate rows. Ideally the output of the List would be the household address, formal and informal salutation for the household, and then A1 and A2 email addresses. Is there a way to get this in 1 report without multiple steps? Any help is greatly appreciated.
