We're getting started with DCM's Encore software for telemarketing/telefunding lead management. I know Tessitura and DCM have a lead pull utility but we haven't purchased it yet because Covid and budgets, ya know how it is these days. I wondering, hoping, someone has a report or output set or something they used pre-utility that I can use to pull these leads for the DCM system. I figure no sense in re-creating the wheel... Anyone have anything that might help?

I was an account executive with DCM for 5 years and then pulled their leads at Carnegie Hall for the TM campaign for almost a decade. Now I am at DSO. I know they had a brief run with DCM. Have a look at the PDF and CSV files attached, which uses a utility we have that must have been used at some point before I joined. It runs off a list so I just used my own account so as not to share any customer info. I know most of these fields can be easily fetched using Output Set Builder, but if there is way to copy our utility so you can use it in the meantime, I am all ears.

I have code from a few years ago that most likely needs updating, for pulling info out of Tessitura for DCM.
