Hi
Is there a way to use a single constituency in Analytics? When I try to filter on constituency or add constituency to a pivot table, I get a string of constituencies representing what looks like every combination of constituencies patrons have. I would like to be able to filter on one specific constituency like Board.

Have you identified the constituents (maybe with a contained in a list but does not contain the constituency)
Some reasons are either that they have not been loaded into analytics yet, they have a constituency end date inactivating them, or that they don't have the metric that you are measuring making them invalid in the pivot ... eg: it's a tickets pivot but they have no Ticket History.
Just a couple of thoughts
Thanks for the thoughts but unfortunatley they don't explain the missing patrons. I have identified who is missing and both of their constituencies are set up with the exact same start and end dates as the others and they haven't been modified since August. I turned off the dashboard filters for this widget and my only critieria is patron id and sort name which the missing patrons have.ThanksJess
One issue I ran into was households. Could a constituency be living on a household instead of an individual or vice versa? You could try using constituency incl affiliates to see if that helps.
I am missing one of each! A household and an indivdual. All the set up on those accounts looks good...
You mentioned Board. Do they have data in the cube that you are using. We have some folks that don't have relevant seats and tickets or contribution data which can make it tricky to count them. There are possibly people in our org ... coff coff ... who use Tessitura like a bit of an address book.
I think you hit the nail on the head! One patron has no giving hisotry at all and the other only has soft credits. I am using the Contributions cube so that is why they are not showing up. Mystery solved!! Thank you!
Sometimes I got so curious/furious that I went into the bi views to look for them to check.
Glad that it's sorted
