STBs Attended 3+ Productions in last 5 Years

Hi Michelle,

Set a filter on Season Current Fiscal Year Offset using a Value type filter of between -5 and 0 (or Season Fiscal Year and select the past 5).

Set another filter on either Price Type Category, selecting only the Single Ticket categories, or a filter on Package Season set to include only "(none)".

In a Pivot Table, add Constituent details on Rows (ID, Display Name...). In the Values panel, add a Unique Count of Production (or Production Season). Then hover over that Value and click the funnel icon to filter the results, selecting a Value type filter of >= 3.

Thanks! It's still pulling subscribers (since subs also purchase single tickets separately). I have constituencies set up for subs, but when I add the filter "Doesn't contain - 'SUB', I still see subscribers in the list and the count total is only about 100 less than before. I added a row for constituencies and it clearly shows a number of subscribers with ,SUB, constituencies. Any thoughts on this? 

I just tried this out in my environment too and had the same experience. Then I filtered out the price types that our members use for single tickets. Would that work for you?

Unfortunately, this doesn't make a difference. We don't have specific price types for when subs buy single tickets (though maybe we should)! My other thought is to create lists based on the constituencies. And then filter out by the lists.

I'm curious to know if the list option works for you. Also, Chris Wallingford any idea why it's not filtering out folks that have the constituency she's filtering out?

It sort of works? It definitely removes people from the lists I am filtering out, but I have still found people on the list that are still showing up in the pivot.

Have you configured the Is Subscriber constituent element by chance? If so, that might be another way to go about this.

I note above you posted: "Doesn't contain - 'SUB', and then later wrote ,SUB,... in the doesn't contain I assume you are actually using ,SUB, yes? If you create a widget just for doesn't contain SUB constituency, do you see subscribers in that output? If so, is that reflective of the constituent in Tessitura proper... that they don't have the constituency but have a subscription? Are you using the Constituencies field, or the Constituencies Including Affiliates field and does that matter in the resultant filtering?
