Wondering if I can get some troubleshooting help - one of my sales widgets is displaying 4 tickets paid against each of our cancelled productions due to COVID. However, whenever I check this against my sales reports, those productions are zero-d (no tickets sold).

Can anyone assist me in resolving?

Could they be comps, reserved or unpaid tickets perhaps? Does running a seat book produce anything?
You could try editing the widget and changing to a pivot table and adding order id to try and isolate the order.

Thanks Thomas; according to a constituent jump to table from Analytics, they're allocated to a patron. However, when I check their ticket history, all tickets are returned / void (RET / VTO) back in April 2020. Not sure why Analytics is still pulling them...
Are you able to filter your dashboard by performance to isolate which performance and then check the seat map?
Otherwise could it potentially be an unseated ticket that your widget is picking up?
Might be worth putting in support ticket
I als recommend adding "Order ID" as a row to your pivot to pinpoint which orders these tickets are pulling from.
