I did my best and looked through the discussions to try to to find the answer but...
I am reporting on Membership renewals and I want to rope ion the payment method...I am just not able to find what I need in both the seats cube and the finance cube. help is appreciated.

Hi Erik! This is David Struyf with the Tessitura Network Support team. Specific Payment Methods are available under the Payment Method dimension in the Finance Cube. You can find all the available options for that cube in the documentation linked here. How is your dashboard set up? Are you using multiple widgets in the single dashboard?
Hello- sorry for the delay. In the finance cube I am certainly able to grab all the payment methods I want...the issue that I am having is I am unable to locate, also in the finance cube, the packages that are being sold (and renewed) to see which payment methods are being utilized by packages sold. Right now this was going to be the first widget..I confess I have only scratched the Analytics surface .

No worries! Thanks for clarifying for me. Unfortunately, package details such as Package description or Package season aren't yet included in the Finance cube. Probably, the best workaround would be to filter to a Price Type Category for your packages along with date filter for either Performance or Order date. this should get you started regarding any fixed seat packages you may have. I could get a little more tricky if you have flex passes. Let me know how it goes!
