I'm (finally) getting my hands into analytics and have been unable to get a running sum of sales for our selling period due to the fiscal setup - the graph breaks at the end of December and starts again from the bottom in January rather than continuing through (pic at bottom of this post).
I came across this note in the help guide (www.tessituranetwork.com/.../TR_BATCH_PERIOD.htm):
Note: Season Overview and Tessitura Analytics do not support organization based fiscal years and therefor require entries assigned to the Impresario organization.
Perth Festival joined the PTT consortium last year, and there are other orgs than have a fiscal year from Jan-Dec, so we are unable to change the defaults.
Does anyone have any suggestions for fixes here? I haven't been able to find this or a similar question asked before - apologies if I've missed that before posting!Cheers, Scott
