Hello everyone. I'm working on a reconciliation report for finance. We're having trouble reconciling web transactions to the bank because we have to close and reopen our web batch at 10PM (because of a time difference with World Pay. So, obviously it's easy to report out transaction date, but I'd also like to report out transaction time. I know HOW to do this, but when I report it out, I only get zeros for the time. Ideas?

Analytics doesn't currently have Time fields except for a "Hour" fields in the Seats and Tickets cube for the hour in which the time of a Performance, Order, and Attendance falls. I'm exploring a plan to include the full date and time for all Analytics dates in v16. In the short term, a very minor customization to a local version of either the Transactions by Posting or Income by Payment Method report to use 10pm instead of midnight based on the selected dates in the report parameters might be help, or a customization to Analytics to bring the full Transaction Date and Time into the Finance cube.
