Donations that come through our website are set to go to an on account payment method rather than directly to a contribution. I'm trying to setup a daily income report that includes these web donations but donations that I know have come through yesterday aren't appearing in the finance cube when I filter by order date yesterday.
I think as the batch hasn't been posted they are being regulated to have an order date of -999999 so aren't being picked up.
Does anyone know if this is correct? If so, how are others tracking daily donations accurately if a batch hasn't been posted or donations haven't been processed as contributions?

Hi Thomas!
I think a subsequent service pack from your current 15.1.9 addresses this issue. There are 2 Release Notes from 15.1.10 and 15.1.11 that might be at play in what you're seeing. Filtering on 15.1.10 to Latest and searching on "batch":
My guess is it's the second one, DEV-4417 that is impacting you.

We've upgraded to 15.1.11 now but orders from yesterday that only have payments, i.e. donations that come through on account (not contributions or tickets) are still not coming through in the Finance cube.
Do you have any ideas or other suggestions to get daily donations through on account reporting?
