Hello all.
We have used the event Cancellation Utility for the rest of our season and have moved all of the existing money to an on Account. What "we' would like to now be able to report on it, when our patrons reach out and let us know what they want us to do with their money (donation, GC, or refund).
Is there a way to look at the moeny leaving this on account and track where it goes? i dabbled a bit in the finance data source and was able to figure out ticket returns but this one eludes me.
i looked in the existing discussions and didn't see this...so , if this thread already exists please let me know.

We are doing that very thing! Our money is in a special on account associated with a GL that will be a "pass through" fund.I have a GL summary report pulled for this account once everything was applied to it. I was hoping to track everything in analytics, but we were getting odd numbers that didn't match what we knew to be true in testing and we didn't have time to fiddle with the analytics filters to figure it out.
So, I'm pulling multiple reports and compiling them in a spread sheet. Daily GL Summary for the On-Account Season Cancellation Sales, Then one for the GL for 2020 Season Ticket Donations, One for Credits, and then I'm keeping a running tally of refunds daily. Each account has a special GL number for the 2020 season cancellation.
