I have the cancellation impact dashboard set up in our environment running successfully. Some questions have come up regarding the ticket contributions vs refunded vs on account revenue and the type of patrons that are doing what.
What I'd like to do is break out some of the widgets and see what kinds of patrons are donating vs refunding as an example. Subscribers vs 1 year STBs that might be contributing. The same goes for refunds and money on account. Any thoughts on the best way to go about this? Should I filter by list from Tess as an example? Create lists that are STBs only vs Subscribers and filter that way? Or should I apply constituency filters right from analytics.

Hi Michael,
There are a couple of Analytics Constituent Elements that could help here. If you're maintaining Constituency codes for SUB and 1st Year STB, then you can pop those TR_CONSTITUENCY ids into TX_ANALYTICS_DIVISION_ELEMENT (more info at link) for the Is Subscriber and Is Single Ticket Buyer elements. Once configured, you should see the results in Analytics the next day.
