Dashboard Delivered with No Data

Hi All,

I have a scheduled weekly dashboard report that is sent to three users and appears in the body of the email.  One of the users receives the dashboard but it is blank while the other two users receive a full dashboard.  All of the users have access to Analytics and can view the dashboard in the Analytics environment.  Any thoughts?

    Not sure if this is related, but DEV-3082 under the Release Notes might be at play, and was resolved in release 15.0.13/15.1.6. Even if you're past this version, it could be caused by last logging in under a division that doesn't have access to the data. This scenario may not apply to you either if you only have a single division for Analytics. Beyond that, if having the recipient relogin to Tessitura and view the Welcome screen doesn't resolve the issue, would you please open a support ticket?
