COVID Impact Dashboard - Outstanding Tickets / Patrons

Hi All, 

I hope everyone is healthy and coping as best they can with the impact of COVID-19. Thank you to Tess for providing the impact dashboard template, which I'm now using to assist our Executive / Marketing teams. 

That being said - I'm having issues reconciling the data pulling in the 'Outstanding Tickets' widget. Comparing it to a 'Ticket Sales by Period' report AND / OR a sales widgets in other Analytics boards, the total for outstanding tickets can be $10K - $50K in arrears. In addition, when I use the constituent 'click to' in the outstanding tickets widget, there are constituents listed who I know have had their returns processed. 

To rectify, I've adjusted the widget filters to account for seat status instead, but I keep getting the same result. 

Can anyone help?

  • Thanks Thomas. I'm looking at the sales reports with the same data upload time as the dashboard. I think its resolved - perhaps it only took a couple of days. 

    My other wonder was as we're part of a consortium and have a second seller who operates on our behalf if their transaction will appear in the dashboard...
