I want to look at the data on a dashboard prior to when the show was canceled and we started issuing refunds. I know Analytics refreshes every night. Is there a filter or way to do this in the Ticket/Sales cube? Thanks!
Hi Nicole,I'd use the "Order Date" function in the seats and ticket cube. Then just filter the widget to all dates prior to whenever you started issuing refunds
Thanks. I initially thought of and tried that. I suspected that it would return the same information on tickets that haven't been refunded yet because it's looking at the revenue as of the refresh date. I also tried filtering in SLIs to see if it would count the revenue of returned tickets, but that didn't work either.
