As discussed on a previous post, we have 8 GL accounts that track box office handling fees. When I run the Transactions by Posting and Performance Transaction Detail reports with those GL codes and these parameters:
The results do not match. The Transactions by Posting yields more amounts than the Performance Transaction Detail ($100K +). I wonder if anyone has successfully got them to match?
If they are not matching, is this an intended behavior from Tessitura?

These two reports will not necessarily match, but sometimes may depending on the filters selected. Performance Transaction Detail excludes fees, contributions, on account and gift certificate payments in an order. If some of your fees are applied via price layers, then those would be included. However, for example, rule-based order-level fees would not. Meanwhile the Transactions by Posting would include all transactions meeting your report filters. Do you have some fees that are embedded in the ticket price using price layers and others via the fees module, such as manual fees or order-level fees? That could be the difference. Alternately, it may be that some of these GLs were inadvertently used elsewhere.
