Hello Analytics World,
We noticed recently a lot of transactions missing from a dashboard using the Finance Cube.
Poking around a little, there are transactions in F_FINANCE (on the Analytics server) that are listed as "Not Posted." The ticket-related transactions from these "Not Posted" rows seem to be getting into Analytics, but not the contribution transactions.
The batches that these transactions are in have been posted. I can run a Reprint Posting Report on the post numbers. They have definitely been posted. However, I don't see these post numbers in, for example, the GL Summary dashboard included in the Tessitura Examples.
This is so far only affecting postings done by our Box Office Manager from April 3rd to today.
Any thoughts? How does Analytics recognize that something has been posted?
