Hi! I am not sure if this is the correct forum as its not an analytics question but I was hoping someone may have encountered this. While working remotely I am running certain reports and saving them as a .pdf. Last week sometime all of the reports suddenly appeared to be "scrunched" with the lines and columns overlapping, plus the font size seems larger than normal. The reports that I have noticed this on are posting reports, batch reports, fees by performance, and sales by period. Has anyone ever seen this and if so, how did you fix it?
Thanks so much!
Eve
Hi Eve,
I'm not sure if it's the same thing you are seeing, but I've seen similar format issues when saving a PDF. It occurred because of the printer selected in Printer Setup within Tessitura (File>>Printer Setup). Sometimes, if it's set to "Null Printer" or "OneNote", the formatting doesn't save correctly. Usually if you change it to "Microsoft Print to PDF", the reports will save with the proper formatting.
Again, not sure if this is the issue you are seeing, but thought I would throw it out there.
Hope this helps!
Mark
Mark, I appreciate you taking the time to reply. I was at my witts end and that fixed it. Thank you!!
