I am looking to display the Current Total of Ticket Sales (for future performances), as the next weeks and months develop.
Currently I have a few things running - Bar Graph of the perfs for which sales have occurred, filtered by Perf Date, set to 'Next 360 Days'. That's good.
I have an Indicator showing the sum total of Ticket Count for future perfs, filtered by Perf Date, set to 'Next 360 Days'. That's good as well.
Is there a way I can get a visual (chart/graph/table) representation of 'how many tickets have been sold for future performances', and have it broken out by date (either weekly, monthly, daily). Essentially, I'm looking to track total future sales as time goes on, and ideally, looking backward as well.
ex) 3.14.20 = 1000
3.15.20 = 1200
3.16.20 = 1187
I'm running into a mental block because I can't seem to filter by date, if that date isn't connected within Tessitura somehow. I don't want to filter again by Per Date, or Campaign Date, or Order Date- I want the totals as of each day/week/month, displayed as a pattern/graph/table. Is this doable?
Hi Nathaneal!If i'm understanding this correctly, you want every date displayed regardless of it you have a performance on that date, correct? If so, i'd recommend using the Calendar Heatmap option and setting the "Performance Date" as your date option and "Ticket Count" as your Color. This will show every day, regardless of if there is data or not and hovering over the date shows the total ticket count. In mine below, we have no performances on the 4/6 through 4/8 but the date still shows up.
