Hi everyone!
I'm presenting at an upcoming TUG on some dashboards that I've created, and I'd love some feedback about them! I present often enough, but I've never presented on anything analytics related. What sorts of questions do you anticipate that I might get with these dashboards? Do you have any recommendations on what I could add to make them easier to understand for someone who doesn't use Analytics often?
The two I have:
Box Office Data - essentially helping determine appropriate staffing levels for day to day and for performances
Marketing Insights - where are patrons coming from physically, how did they find out about the show, how are we tracking compared to last season, etc.

Hi there, I keep getting this when clicking on the above links... we've only had our free orientation and so far no-one has even started using Analytics. If anyone has any words of advice on where to start, how to get going, how to bring others in, that would be helpful. My plan iso far is to search Analytics in Tessitura Network and work through it all!

Hi Vicky! Take the file from your downloads, move it onto your desktop even though you are getting that message, and then use the "Import a Dashboard" function in Analytics and select that file. I'm new, too, and that took me a minute to figure out the first time, as well!
