Hi everyone!
I'm presenting at an upcoming TUG on some dashboards that I've created, and I'd love some feedback about them! I present often enough, but I've never presented on anything analytics related. What sorts of questions do you anticipate that I might get with these dashboards? Do you have any recommendations on what I could add to make them easier to understand for someone who doesn't use Analytics often?
The two I have:
Box Office Data - essentially helping determine appropriate staffing levels for day to day and for performances
Marketing Insights - where are patrons coming from physically, how did they find out about the show, how are we tracking compared to last season, etc.

I'm super in love with this Box Office Data dashboard, it's lovely! Depending on your audience, you may get specific questions about visualizations - I know I found polar charts weirdly confusing when I first encountered them! If you've got a group who is pretty new to Analytics, I've seen a lot of questions about "how do we know we can trust it".

Oh! The highest of praise, haha! Thank you! I'm trying to get the Marketing one to be as useful and user friendly as the box office one.
I've been thinking about poking my head into their little world. I'm not positive that I'll be able to attend conference this year, so I'm trying to figure that out before offering to present on anything.
The BO chat is good also because of the content, the need, and the scarcity of coverage of that data in Analytics that I've seen. Stellar
TLCC F&O already has an eye on it - Analytics to help with Staff level needs... Operational usage at its finest and a way to show finance the need for staff hours!
