No Purchase within 3 years

I am trying to make a list manager list of people who have not made a ticket purchase withing 3 years. Any advice?

    What about creating a "Last 3 years purchasers" list with the criteria "Ticket History Order Date" BETWEEN 02/25/2017 and 02//25/2020 (or whatever date range you want to specify), and then a second list with the criteria LIST - DOES NOT HAVE - "Last 3 years purchasers", and whatever other criteria you're looking for. That would essentially filter out anyone who purchased in the last 3 years.
