I've only got this for the Seat and Tickets but Contributions is on my list. I have a New Renew Reengage, Constituencies for each year, for the last 3 years running off Custom Categories. That is working for me for analysis at the moment. However if you use memberships could you use NRR and renewal date to do a similar thing? Wrong cube I know but ...
Membership would make it easier - I am thinking of going with some lists and filtering that way - then the "new ones" could be dynamic and generated nightly and make it all work. I already have NTF donors in lists (based on business practice definition), so the other lists are easy. then it is just making sure my formulas do what I want - Just looking forward to the day I don't have to have my extractions and bundle of lists. Not heading down Custom Categories YET...
Custom Categories are pretty easy and work so well with Lists and Constituencies so that you can select them directly and do a break by, and not dealing with them in the string of values
