HiIs it possible to set a user group up to view/interact with dashboards that have been shared with them but not have the ability to create their own? I would like to roll out some basic dashboards to users before we have a training program in place.ThanksJess LevySan Francisco Opera415-551-6319
Yes Jess, in Security give them Dashboard Role - View only rights. That should allow them to view and interact with shared dashboards but they cannot design their own. You will then need to give them view right permission to the Cubes you want them to be able to see (Contributions, Finance, Memberships, Plans or Seats and Tickets and/or give them view rights to the dashboards you want to share.
