Is anyone else having issues with the Save Widget as List function in Analytics right now? I know we've done it before successfully, but it's been awhile. We created the Jump to _Constituents dashboard for the widget that is counting unique constituent ids with certain filters. The jump to dashboard displays the constituent id and name for each customer counted in the total, and the Save as Tessitura List icon displays but nothing happens when we click it. Any thoughts?
We had that same issue (I think it was when we were on 15.1.1?) but it was resolved in the latest service pack we installed which was 15.1.5. I would check your version and the service pack releases and see if that could be what's going on for you too!
We're on 15.1.4, so we might need to see if a jump to 15.1.5 is what we need to do. Thanks!
Have you submitted a Support Ticket?
I think we have the same problems with 15.1.4.
I think you have to upgrade to 15.1.6 to get this fixed.
We are on 15.1.6 and I currently have in a support ticket that they are investigating for this very issue. My workaround, until I have a fix, is to export the _Constituents dash as a CSV and then import the file in as a list. Not the cleanest but gets the job done.
I had thought about doing it that way, but I wanted to be sure I wasn't doing something wrong first. We'll probably be submitting a support ticket to see which version upgrade we need that will hopefully fix it.
Has this issue been resolved? We are on 15.1.25 and are not able to save lists from our widgets....
