Sales pacing dashboard?

Hi,

Working with multiple departments all looking to utilize analytics for sales pacing purposes. I've been noodling around but not found much that seems to work well. Trying to find some options that would just be adjusting the seasons/productions its pulling from, rather than reinventing the wheel department to department.

So, I'm wondering if folks already have dashboards or even just specific widget data sets that they have found successful both as the primary users as well as for folks who may only just glance at the information. Most asked for an approximation of the following: sales for a week/month out, date markers with sale upticks, general revenue/capacity info.

Thank you!

  • Hi Emmelia!

I have a few that we use that I hope might be helpful!

The first one shows each performance and the amount of ticket sales sold within a date range (90+ days prior to the performance, 61-89 days prior to the performance,, etc) and the percentage of each date range. It then has some conditional formatting for the percentages to highlight any outliers (i changes the numbers so that isn't real sales data). Its separated into a couple of widgets based on the Season's we have too

The second one is more simple and has three parts. The first is an overview of sales and ticket sales for each season with secondary indicators showing the sales over the last 30 days. It then has the daily sales and ticket count by season (and a total) and then also a bar chart to visually show the daily ticket sales. We also have some conditional formatting for the daily sales to show any outliers (obviously the numbers are altered again).

    I hope this helps!
