Just wondering if anyone is able to assist with the following.
Our organisation track sales by a net to promoter target. However, I've noticed that Analytics dashboards display revenue by gross / face value. Does anyone else know how this can be amended ala Ticket Sales by Period w/ Price Category filter 'Ticket Price'? Just trying to get some reporting automated.

Hi Amy,
You can filter by Price Type Category and Price Layer if you prefer. Have you tried Price Layer Category? I think that's what Ticket Sales by Period is referencing (ie: TR_PRICE_CATEGORY)

Thanks Heath - much appreciated. I've still got some discrepancy between the board and the Tickets Sales by Period report so I'll keep playing.
