Seats and Ticket Pivot - Unable to print/save complete table; sorting out date range

Hello,


When I attempt to print or save to pdf a Seats and Tickets Pivot table, the generated pdf only appears as one page, when it should be 8 or 9 pages. The error message I receive when the pdf is produced states "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application." The only time I receive this error message when producing pdf's is from the Seats and Ticket Pivot, not from other programs. Is there a fix for this problem? I would very much like to have a printable pdf of our attendance reports.

Also, is there a way to select a date range for the Seats and Tickets Pivot table? Whenever i go into Tessitura Dashboards>Tessitura Examples>Seats and Tickets Pivot, the Pivot generates a table without asking for any parameters. Now that 2020 is here, I am getting tables that include ticket sales for both 2019 (our first year of using Tessitura) and now 2020. I have to manually "drill into" each ticket type to sort out 2019 ticket sales from 2020 ticket sales. That is very time consuming.
