When I attempt to print or save to pdf a Seats and Tickets Pivot table, the generated pdf only appears as one page, when it should be 8 or 9 pages. The error message I receive when the pdf is produced states "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application." The only time I receive this error message when producing pdf's is from the Seats and Ticket Pivot, not from other programs. Is there a fix for this problem? I would very much like to have a printable pdf of our attendance reports.
Also, is there a way to select a date range for the Seats and Tickets Pivot table? Whenever i go into Tessitura Dashboards>Tessitura Examples>Seats and Tickets Pivot, the Pivot generates a table without asking for any parameters. Now that 2020 is here, I am getting tables that include ticket sales for both 2019 (our first year of using Tessitura) and now 2020. I have to manually "drill into" each ticket type to sort out 2019 ticket sales from 2020 ticket sales. That is very time consuming.Thank you,

I can help with the second problem! If you duplicate the standard example dashboard (click the sideways ellipsis next to the Dashboard name and click "Duplicate" in the menu that opens), you can adjust your filters to more accurately look at what you want. If you want to see 2019 and 2020, I might keep the dashboard level filters the same, but duplicate the pivot table widget and filter one to the 2019 fiscal year and one to the 2020 fiscal year. Then you'll have both, but tidily summarized separately from each other.
