Substitution between shows

Has anyone figured out a way to see what shows guests exchange out of and then change into each season? It can be aggregate but I need to be able to see the leaving from X show going into Y show and then totals for the year.

    We have a special MOS called ‘Sub Swap’… different from ‘Sub Exchange’.  Our subscribers are allowed one show ‘swap’ a season, and this is the MOS used to do that kind of exchange.  Then, we have a custom report that’s run based on the performance or production season that shows the number of shows swapped out and what show was chosen instead.  Note, this is NOT a per customer analysis, but rather an aggregated overview of “X number left This Show and Y number went to That Show A and Z number went to That Show B”.  Happy to share the report if anyone is interested.

    We use a sub swap price type but not a specific exchange price type. We aren't currently using any sort of swap or exchange MOS so I can't go off that. We're working with Tessitura Consulting as well to help us figure out how to get this data.
