Hi all!
We are working on a dashboard to show sales numbers for our current season, and we'd like to be able to show and compare the sales numbers with our budget goals. We currently have an excel spreadsheet that we're using where we pull all these numbers in manually, so it would be great to get it in Analytics. The piece where I'm currently stuck is how to bring in the budget numbers. We have the budget numbers in Tessitura on the Production Season Content tab:(There are dollar amounts in the value field, just cut off in the image)
But since those are user defined fields, I'm not sure how to pull that into Analytics. Is this something that's possible?
Thanks, Sara
Hi Sara,
Could you take the production season budget and divide it evenly amongst the number of performances included within and enter that budget figure in Tessitura there instead? You could then pull it back out of Analytics using the "Budget Amount" field.

I suppose we could do that, although that wouldn't allow us to see the different subscription vs single ticket budget. We'd have to pick only one, which isn't really ideal.
You might be able to use Appeal Goals to pull it into Analytics. That's a piece of data that does exist already in Analytics. The biggest rub there for me is that it won't appear until you have sales in that appeal.
