I have put together a running sum cash flow widget and am encountering a strange quirk.
We are currently in week 15 of FY20. But when I pull together the below, I'm seeing new gifts for weeks 16 and beyond. I notice that the appeals all pertain to events, but some of these events are already long past. Any ideas?
Hi Kate. If you add a constituent id row to drill down into the dodgy values and examine their contribution in more detail in the constituent record, could it be a contribution date that is out like for a pledge? ... is it possible "weeks since start of campaign" runs off contribution date?
That was my first thought! (I pulled the Names field out for privacy reasons before I took the screenshot).
In one example, the pledge is for 11/18/19 and the payment schedule is for August, essentially our FYE. The event date is also behind us.
I gave it a bit of a look on my Analytics over here and I get a huge range as well which disappears when I choose TYPE "Gift" - removing all the Pledges. Too be honest Pledge reporting "drives me spare"
