Hi All,
I'm looking to use analytics to show the rate of attendance throughout the event, and unfortunately the time is shown as 00:00 for all tickets. Is there a way anyone knows of to display the actual time the ticket was scanned, and therefore show me a record of the rate of entry for a performance?
Cheers
Josh

In days before the implementation of Tessitura Analytics, I've done some similar analysis, in our case for sizing of a new set of elevators to our balcony. At that time I did this analysis with SQL. I'm getting the same timed results. Everything is commng through as 00:00 as you are. (I'm on Tessitura V15.1.4)
From the Tessitura Analytics Documentation on the Ticket & Seat Cube it appears that the attended date is truncated to the day.
Chris Wallingford is my reading of the documentation correct? Are Attendance times being truncated to date only in Tessitura Analytics?
Would there be thought to provide time detail for attendance to support a similar use cases?
We have some additional detail for Performance Times. I know at one point I did an analysis of performance by the start time of day. In my prior analyses. I was grouping entrances by the minute. How many came into the theater 30 minutes before 29 minutes before.... All the way to 30 minutes after curtain.
Hi Joshua,
For a handful of dates in Analytics (Order, Performance, and Attended) there are also fields for Period (AM or PM) and Hour (in 24-hour format). No more granular time fields have been included in Analytics as yet.
Thanks,Chris
Thanks Chris Wallingford.
For attendance would there be a consideration for a finer level of detail, Minute of the Hour that could be used in conjunction with hour and AM/PM?
Thank you both for your insight; I will break the entries down into per hour for now; Chris Wallingford is there any plans to narrow down the time to the minute?
It is indeed under consideration for v16.
Thanks.
