So, this might be a dumb question, but no one where I am knows, and I can't find it in a search of the forum. Is there a way to have Analytics Open in New Window (for lack of a better term) - I want to be able to look at where different bits of data are in Tessitura while I am building my reports. I know you can see the source from analytics, but that doesn't mean that's where WE have the info saved.
Thanks!
Hey Jennifer,
Actually...the way I've found to work through this is using analytics in Tessitura On The Go. The other option would be to have two instances of Live and have one where you use analytics and the other be your verification instance.
Make sense?

Hello Jennifer! My super smart co-worker just recently let me know you can get a second instance of Live loaded into your system. This would allow you to do the above.
And Christopher is my super smart co-worker.
I use Tess on the Go for Analytics.
It's so much easier for this reason and it talks non tess users into using it when they pervo on my screen
Cheers
H
Oh Heath. I you so much.
Oh stop. It's only taken me nearly a decade to learn that nugget. I don't know if that's super smart or dumb luck....as Minerva McGonagall would say to Harry Potter.
I always have Analytics open in Tess on the Go! It works like a charm when you need to be in Tess at the same time. Also, I've found that I can use Analytics in two places when I want to compare some data between a dash I'm building and one that's already complete.
(Thanks beautiful man - good to see you back)You folks beat me too it! That's what I get for answering emails in the queue for AM coffee.
Des Moine is now the Analytics capital of the world!
Yes, yes it is. We are so blessed he chose us!
Clearly you need to ask for a triple or quad shot....plus some extra added caffeine.
Des Moines.....insurance (and Tessitura analytics) capital.
You'll have to come for a visit Heath. We'll take you to Iowa State Fair. It's basically America....over the course of a week and half....in Des Moines...at a giant fair....with food on sticks. It's heaven.
And I'm honored we chose me.....which is really weird to type.
I'm sure John Jakovich could tell you that Tessitura Analytics IS your insurance I love food on sticks! (I'll flip you for who gets to play Vivian Blaine's part)I need to do a Tessitura Tour and visit my expat pals at Miami City Ballet and the amazing peeps at Ballet Austin who put up with me every TLCC.
Sweet - Great advice - thanks all!
