We have several campaigns with the category of Operating that do not show up as filter options in the Contributions cube. The missing campaigns don't have any contributions associated with them yet. My theory is that the only campaigns that show up in the Contributions cube are those that have gifts already processed. Is that correct?
If my theory is correct, has anyone come up with a way to pre-build dashboards that include campaigns that will have contributions at some point but don't yet? The idea being that leading up to a new fiscal year, we can get dashboards set up that will report on all of that year's campaigns.

I actually talked with Tessitura staff regarding this. You are correct, if there are no contributions for the campaign yet, the campaign is not included in analytics until there is a contribution.
They suggested that "the easiest way to get these campaigns to show up would be to have a $0 contribution in each of the campaigns" (by opening a batch, creating a pledge, closing the batch, and opening a new one to adjust the pledge to $0).
Not ideal, but at least there is a workaround...(although I admit, we have not implemented their suggestion yet).
