Hi everyone!
Has anyone come across the membership category "None" before? It only seems to be an issue in the Contributions cube. We've created a widget that just breaks down YTD contributions across various funds etc, and I've created a jump to that splits things out by membership category.
This is how they appear in that jump to:
However, if I create a similar widget using the Membership cube, those same constituents are accurately placed in their correct category:
All of these people do have a current and active membership for the current fiscal year, so I'm thinking it's something to do with the way the Contributions cube looks at memberships. Any help is appreciated.

I'd guess that these are contributions that come from customers who do not currently have a membership level on their account.
In looking at your situation does that make sense?

That does make sense, but the people listed in the None category actually do have membership levels on their accounts, so they should appear in the correct category.
They report out fine when I use the Membership Cube, but when using the Contributions cube, their membership category/ level does not report correctly.

At least in this case, the people showing up in the None category, do have memberships attributed to their accounts.
That is odd...
You might add constituent_id to a copy of one of your pivot tables that are causing your problems. And look at which accounts are membership = "(none)".
To clarify, When you say they have memberships on the account. It's my understanding that Under the History Tab, the customer has to have a currently Active Memberships record? (These memberships don't look at Constituency codes or something like that some organizations might use to recognize that a customer has a membership.)
I'm wondering, Do you have more than one Membership Organization? Is it only one membership organization that is not showing up or something like that..
I'm also wondering if the accounts that are having problems have some specific membership status like for example "Merged" or "Awaiting Payment" or Something like that.
