Scheduled PDF Sending

Hello All,

While we are transitioning to dashboards throughout the organisation we would like to be able to send pdf reports instead. Does anyone know if it's possible to do this in an automated way?

    Hi Carlo – If the person who you want to share the dashboard has not logged in and out of Analytics, ask them to do so.
     
    If that doesn’t work, it sounds like you need to adjust your security settings in the system tables. Your system admin may need to add their e-mail address to the system.
     
    Or, they will need to give access to the user groups of the people who you want to share with (i.e. the marketing user group will need access to the finance group). Tessitura recommends that you put everyone who’s using Analytics into a data user group with very little permissions so that people can easily share dashboards without compromising security.
     
    I’m not a system admin so can’t tell you how to do this, but do know that there’s documentation on the Network.
