Hello All,
While we are transitioning to dashboards throughout the organisation we would like to be able to send pdf reports instead. Does anyone know if it's possible to do this in an automated way?

For the Dashboard you are trying to share via PDF try the following:
Then to choose who is to get the emails files
Then to choose to send a .PDF & When to send the file.
Then so you can see the most of the Dashboard in the PDF
Then Test.

Thanks for all of the screenshots Tom! I've taken them and made a quick "how to" directions document in less than 2 minutes. The only thing that I added was, if you cannot find the name of someone you want to share your dashboard with, then they have never opened Analytics (you have to open Analytics at least once before someone can share a dashboard with you). Also, thanks for the Tabloid/Landscape tip.
