Does anyone know where I can find the replacement for the hotseat index in analytics? The help reference shares it has been replaced in analytics, but I cannot find any documentation on where to actually find it. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
I'm not sure there's an out of the box replacement, but I happen to be working on a heat map in Analytics right now! I've never used the hotseat index, but I think what I developed ended up doing basically the same thing.
I've hit a weird stumbling point where it seems to work for an individual performance, and mostly work for the current season, but past seasons and a multi-season selection don't quite map out legibly. I've got a ticket open about that -- but if this seems like what you're hoping for, I'm happy to share what I've got so far!

You'll find a hotseat/seatmap tucked away in Tessitura's default dashboards in Analytics Tessitura / Seats and Tickets / Performance Sales
It's essentially a scatter chart with a tricky little break by for the colour. You'll need to filter it by Screen if you have a multi-screen venue (eg: Balcony and Stalls). I had a play with it over here as well.

I tried to copy the Tess one and create my own based on seat count, see formula below, but it's only giving me 2 colours for some reason!
