Tracking Unseated Orders

Hi Everyone - I'm trying to make a pivot table that lists group orders that are unseated. When I only check off "Unseated, Paid" and "Unseated, Unpaid" SLI statuses all the orders for the production appear, including ticketed and paid seats. For this production, only one order should be appearing. Can anyone shed some light on why it's including all SLI statuses? Below are some screenshots so you can better see what criteria I'm using.

    Add that SLI Status filter to the list of Dashboard filters. Then replace the Value you have with a unique count of Order ID, or a simple sum of Ticket Count.

    Typically unique count shows up in the formula editor as either [# unique Order ID] or as COUNT([Order ID]). The DUPCOUNT function basically counts every row of the data within the scope of the filters. So the same Order ID on 10 rows will show up as a DUPCOUNT of 10 and a COUNT of 1.
