I am still fairly new to this so apologies if it is a simple question. I would like to create a widget with various exhibitions' paid ticket counts in the y-axis, with the number of days from the start of their run in the x axis, to be able to compare them.
I have tried using Order Days Since Onsale but I get that exhibitions that happened in previous years start at hundreds of days since onsale, and some even stranger behaviour. I have added a picture of my attempt. What I would like is for all exhibitions to start at zero, to be able to compare how they perform in their run.

This depends on your Tessitura version number. In Order Days Since Onsale uses Default Sales Start Date. Have a check of that (and I recommend your earliest MOS start dates if they are before that) to see if that solves your dilema. You can manipulate these for past performances, wait overnight, and see if they solve your issue.
Performance Onsale Date DimensionFields in this dimension reference the Default Sales Dates Start Date for a performance. As each mode of sale can have a different start date, the Default Sales Start Date field can be used to record a single on-sale date to use for reporting in Tessitura Analytics.
Note: Prior to v15.0, the Default Sales Dates Start Date value on a performance was used as only a default value field (to assist with pricing and MOS setup) and had no actual sales functionality or reporting ramifications. As such, the data in the field may not have been reflective of actual sales dates. The v15.0 upgrade sets the Default Sales Date Start Date to the earliest MOS start date on the performance, unless it has been already changed from the performance create date (the default value for the field).
