Hi!
At mona we run a ferry to and from our museum.
I'm trying to get a count of all people who booked one way, but not the other (i.e. one-way riders). Most people book both as its the same price, but we're trying to get an idea of how many fall into this sliver
Both mona-hobart and hobart-mona are grouped into production seasons.
Is there a way to show everyone that went mona-hobart without a hobart to mona in their order?
Thanks for any help! Not sure if I need to resort to SQL for this one (feel free to show me how how you'd do it in there if thats easier). I can do in list manager, but it doesn't include the 0 GP constituent, which is the bulk of our orders.
So mona-hobart is one Prod Season and hobart-mona is another. How do you do return? Do they book one way and a comp the other or is there a separate 2 way Prod Season
Oh, you're good Heath. That is an excellent question. Yes we charge one way and comp the other. So I'm looking for orders that have a $paid M-HBut excluding orders with H-M as a line item, regardless if $0 or $paid.A further factor is a lot of these will be against old made 0 constituent.
We are only looking 12 months back, but will be crossing 4 production seasons (2 each each way). But happy to run them as two separate queries and total together if that's easier.
