Hi all,
I'm pretty sure this will have been discussed in the group previously so apologies for asking again.
I have a pivot table widget with multiple pages which, when I send a report of the dashboard with a PDF attachment, it only shows the first page of the pivot table. However, if I download the widget on its own as a PDF doc then I can see all of the pages included.
Is it not possible to do this as a scheduled report, and if it is, can someone show me what I'm missing?
Many thanks,
Hannah
Also hoping to hear an answer on this.....
I've now realised in the Design table for the widget you can make pivot tables show up to 200 rows on the same page, so helpful but anything above that will go onto another page again.
I've tried setting pivot table pages to include 200 rows, but when I go to download the pdf, I can only extend this widget to the bottom of its one page in edit mode; I can't make the pdf add additional pages to show all rows. I get 39 rows max in the download. Were you able to get more rows to show up in the pdf? Thanks!
I've gotten 58 rows to show. I think that it might have to do with how many rows you are showing in the box for the widget on the screen display of the dashboard. If the box only shows 39 rows then even if you have set that the height is 200 rows you will only see the 39 rows in the pivot table in the .PDF that results. I've got some pivot tables that span 3 pages.
To make a widget box taller.
Also, note that I'm on Tessitura V15.1.4. And my Sisense is Version: 7.1.3.10025
Thanks, Tom. I had pulled the height of the widget down, as you show above, but rereading the original post I just realized my silly error... I was trying to export a pdf of the dashboard like I always do instead of exporting only the one widget as Hannah had mentioned. I had never exported only a widget before. -- None of this solves the original question asked about showing all rows in a scheduled report send, but at least I now know how to get all the data requested of me into a pdf.
