Dynamic Pricing/Discount Revenue Gain/Loss (Am I doing it right?)

Hi Everyone - I'm starting to delve into how to best use Analytics for dynamic pricing, and wanted to start with a pivot table that shows how much revenue we've gained with dynamic pricing and lost through discounting. I'm new to this, and want to make sure I'm getting the basics right. For the +/- Revenue column I used "[Total Variance to Order Date Base Value]". Screenshot below.
