Crossover analytics

Hello,

I'm in need of reporting on our crossover statistics.  I used to do this with extractions, and it was very time consuming. I'm wondering if it's possible to do this in analytics more easily?

Here's the list of what I need to report.

% of single ticket buyers who donate

% of education/drama school buyers who donate

% of subscribers who donate

% of audience members who participate in drama school

% renewing subscribers

thanks for any help you can offer!

  • Hi Kanani,

    I think so.

Just for Kicks I did % of single ticket buyers who donate

    1. I set up a Seats and Tickets Dashboard with a Pivot table
    2. Rows are this Season for Ticket Sales
    3. Value is a formula .... the Unique Count of the Constituent IDs filtered by the DNR Constituency over the count of Unique Constituent IDs unfiltered
    4. ie: (Count([Constituent ID]) , [Constituencies] )  /  ( count([Constituent ID]) )

I used DNR Constituency as it's accessible in the Seats and Ticket Cube and reliably represents the Donors BUT you could use lists or Memberships or whatever works for you.  You should be able to take that method onto the other questions.

    Hope that helps

    H
