More questions. In my season sales dashboard I am seeing a duplicate single ticket revenue number to my subscription sales revenue. The number of single tickets is also about double what it should be. Has this happened to anyone else?
And my running sales total by order date week is showing unexplained increases in revenue around the 34 week mark of my fiscal year even for performances that ended much earlier in the season:
I have some help tickets in but all other thoughts and advice very appreciated!

What version of Tessitura were you on when the dashbord was developed? What version are you on now? Tessitura Analytics V15.1.x treats Tickets and seats a bit different than Tessitura Analytics 15.0.x
