Hi all! Very new to the group and Analytics.
my Season Sales Dashboard for Messiah (which is an import as it's held outside of our home venue using another box office) is showing nothing for Sub or Single tickets. All advice greatly appreciated!
Hi Sarah, What version of Tess are you on. This might not be relevant to you but I used to get this with v15.02 after incremental loads. Price Type Category boards would only show education tickets but Total Ticket Sales would be accurate. Nothing in Subs and singles as you report. Full load would be OK. My solution was upgrading to v15.1. It would also only happen in the board of our upcoming production season.
